We purchased this treadmill because it was highly rated by consumer reports. Compared to commercial grade treadmills, it was a real bargain too. We have been using the treadmill a couple of weeks now and love it. It is very quiet and sturdy. Walking on this treadmill is very smooth. I will recommend, as did another reviewer, that you put this treadmill together where you will be using it. It is VERY heavy.
