Okay, so I've ordered this machine but have not yet received it and therefore have not yet run on it. I just wanted to comment for those of you that don't know that this treadmill was rated as a "Best Buy" by Consumer Reports 02/06. The Bowflex 7 Series was given an "Excellent" rating in Quality, Exercise Range, and Ergonomics; and was rated "Very Good" for Ease of Use. (The highest marks for all fold up treadmills tested, and better than most of the nonfolding types). So, I'm thinking that for $1499 this will be as good as any of the $3000 model treadmills. Plus a free Bowflex mat, free shipping and no tax! Amazon has the best price that I've seen.
