The product was shipped to us 9 days after ordering. The machine worked for 30 minutes and then the buttons stopped working - pushing the power button turns the fan on, etc. I called Nautilus's repair service line (Nautilus is the parent company) for parts, and it took about 30 min before a human picked up. They shipped us the wrong part so we had to call again. What frustrates me is that calling their sales department gets right through - it is only the customer service line that incurs the extra long wait. The 2nd time we called, the lady that picked up suggest that we should direct the complaint to Amazon since it was Amazon who shipped us the defective product - this suggestion I find rather absurd because Nautilus manufactured the defective product in the first place! Anyway, we were able to get the product fixed in the end and it is working fine now. In reading the reviews of this product, it seems like a few people did get a lemon, but other than that the product works well.
