I've had this product for a few days now. Great price with free delivery from Amazon. Shipping was fast and delivery to garage by driver was much appreciated. Assembly was easy with out issues. The bolts are blister packed and assembly tools are included! Machine is quiet, a small "thump" is noted when the belt seam crosses roller - but not a problem. Now - If you are moving upstairs as I did, make sure that you have three or four people. There's no guessing on the weight and it's near 300 lbs. The machine can fold right out of the box, this allows the use of an appliance dolly for going upstairs. It also rolls very easily when folded - the balance is excellent! Great reviews on consumer-reports on-line. I compared Nordictrack (and others)prior to purchase - there's little to compare. If you like ipod connections and "gizzmo" type consoles then OK, this is a much heavier frame all around. I don't think that you can go wrong with this purchase.
