My machine arrived early, in perfect order and the delivery guys brought the machine in the house right to where we wanted it. Of course, we live in the south and these guys were living up to southern hospitality that day. I've been doing one hour on the Bowflex each evening. The quality of the machine feels very sturdy and similar to what I'm used to in health clubs. The machine is quite, so I can hear the T.V. while walking. I have not run on the machine, but I feel like it would handle it very well. I have long legs and the deck is plenty long --and wide for that matter. My only complaints, which are minor would be the useless fan and the jump of programs from too easy to too hard. I feel like there should be a program in between the program two and three. I usually do manual and adjust speed and incline similar to the harder program, but not as fast. I've been faithfully using it and I feel very good about myself and noticed even thought I'm not shedding weight quickly, I'm content doing what I know to do and trusting the results to God.
