This is a well built machine. The motor is quiet and there are plenty of workout programs to chose from. I researched before buying and Consumer Reports rated this treadmill one of their Best Buys. I had a cheaper treadmill prior to this one and by far this is a much more excellent product. Although it is somewhat expensive you must spend this type of money to get a quality product otherwise you will continue to buy treadmills that have short life spans.
