I got my treadmill about a month ago shipping was on time actually a few days earlier then scheduled arrival. The product is great. I bought it for myself but now I am finding I have to block of time as my husband is making good use of it also. I set up a tv in my basemnet and I hop on and go while watching my favorite shows. The only thing that does not work great is the heart rate monitor, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. Over all the quality is great the long length is nice and it is not very noisy.
