Overall, I am absolutely thrilled with this treadmill. It is very sturdy, it looks good; not cheap in any way. It has many great features - many different programs, incline levels, etc. I think the built-in fan is great, too. The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I have yet to be able to get the heart-rate feature to work, it is extremely heavy and I have concerns about being able to fold it up if/when I need to move it. The delivery was free which really helps with the budget, and I was fine with the delivery.
