Product delivered by a two-man team; no problems. Box was banged up a bit, but everything was intact and unscathed. Getting unassembled unit through a narrow doorway was tricky. Had to use 2 small moving dollies and lay base on its side. Set-up was straight forward and easy; Bowflex provides all the tools. I like the unit, but selecting running programs is not intuitive or really easy, i.e., you cannot simply cancel a selection and pick another program. The strap-on cardiac monitor is easy to use.
