This machine is VERY nice. It's a good buy for the money. It has a very competetive warrantee and good workmanship. The 3 h.p. motor, and many other features included are only available on much higher priced models. I own a Bowflex extreme 2 home gym and am impressed with its quality welding and solid construction. The treadmill is the same. Oh, it's very quiet to use. That's important. Folds and rolls easily although it is heavy (250 lb.s), so I wouldnt think its really practical to think of unfolding and dragging it around for every use. The large running surface has good running or walking feel and folds toward the monitor. So, if it faces a wall, then folding saves space without moving it on every use.
