My brothers assembled this for me out of the box in less than an hour. They said that assembly was a breeze and that it was made of quality material. All I know is that it's fantastic and it's helping me lose weight. I use it for walking with the incline. It's smooth and fairly quiet. I bought it because of the other positive reviews and am so glad I did. I also bought a DVD player and the biggest TV I could afford and placed them right in front of the treadmill. Watching movies while strenuously walking really helps pass the time.
UPDATE: I've owned the treadmill for almost 1 year now. It's still in perfect condition. I lost 15 pounds while walking on it. If I had to buy a treadmill again, I would buy this one.Get more detail about Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill.
