My Bowflex arrived right after a really bad snow storm! The delivery guys were great and I was surprised to see them. I was able to move it myself but it is really heavy. I got it down into my basement and again I was surprised how easy it was to set up! I did myself in maybe 15 minutes. And as stated in other reviews, the Bowflex packaging was topnotch for sure. I give them an A+++. I have used it every day since its arrival and I have been very impressed with it. Very sturdy and very quiet. I watch movies while I am on it! I cancled my gym membership and now just run at home in the comfort of my basement, atleast until spring is here. There is plenty of options for workouts and elevation and its really easy to store it away. The hydraulics that the Bowflex is on is wonderful. I would recommened this treadmill to anyone and everyone...to the serious runner or casual walker. Two thumbs way up on this purchase for sure.
