The Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill is a very sturdy machine with a walking/running platform which is nice and wide. It is also surprisingly quiet. It has a good range of programs that are easy to use and personalize. The heart monitor that is incorporated with the machine is comfortable to wear and does not require your hand(s) actually be gripping the machine. I was surprised that a machine made for home use would have the quality that this one has. It is very comparable to treadmills that I have found in commercial gyms.
