We are very happy with our treadmill. It was heavy upon arrival, had to just lay it down and rip it open & take it piece by piece into the room for assembly. Because of its size & weight, the delivery guys can only get it into the door. The fan doesn't make much of a difference. That space could have been better utilized with another function. The deck has a bit of a squeek when you're running. But overall, it's a great piece of equipment. It gets used nearly everyday in our house. Even our teenager has used it a couple of times. Now 2 months later, the locking mechanism that keeps it in place when the deck is folded up is broke.
