Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill Best Quality
I have to say, this treadmill is by far the most sturdy treadmill I've tested in its price range. The husband and I were almost seduced by the extra (and not really useful) bells and whistles of other brands, but we came to our senses and refocused on the purpose of this piece of *exercise* equipment. We previously bought and returned a NordicTrack model with a built-in television. However, the the tread belt was paper thin, which the delivery person actually ripped a hole in during assembly. The Bowflex Series 7 has a nice thick tread belt and a really sturdy, well-built frame. Ordering through Amazon, we did have to do the assembly ourselves, but it was a cinch. All of the bolts and tools came in a bubble card with everything precisely labeled. No sorting a bag of assorted nuts and bolts! I do have to say, the treadmill is a BEAST! We foolishly carried our new Bowflex up to the second floor, which was almost impossible because of the weight and the bulky size of the treadmill. I mean, we could have died. But, we got it up to the second floor without any casualties (except for the walls, which suffered a few scrapes) and the five-step assembly was simple. After a quick calibration, I strapped on the Polar chest strap (included), and did a nice run-walk. The machine ran smoothly and I got a nice workout. The other reviewers are right; the fan doesn't do a whole lot, but I suppose it keeps the air around your head from getting stagnant. All in all, I say the Bowflex Series 7 treadmill is a great investment for your health and well-being--just don't kill yourself carrying it up a flight of stairs!!Get more detail about Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill.
