This bowflex series 7 treadmill is a great machine. I was very picky when chosing which treadmill I wanted. I have used many machines and I knew that cheap one tend to slip when running hard. I am a little over 200 pound and this machine can handle me without slipping. I would recommend this to anyone. It folds up nicely.
