Product has performed as expected.
We had to call Nautilus and get a replacement part for a crossbar that was manufacured incorrectly. It came in several days and was installed without problems.
Delivery of the treadmill was uneventful. They even brought the large box into the house where we built it and are now using it. As it was a heavy box, this was greatly appreciated.
