Two points about my new Bowflex 7. 1. [...] However, you WILL need at least a couple of young, strong helpers.....maybe more if you live upstairs like I do. Whew, is it EVER heavy.
2. When putting it together you might save yourself lots of effort and time if you put a towel across the front end of the belt. All of us say, "Heck, I won't drop any of these screws I'm using to put the thing together." But the odds are pretty good you will. And there is NO good place for them to go when they fall. If you catch them on the towel you'll save yourself lots of anguish.
