The product was not too difficult to set-up but did require 2 people to help install the console. It is also very heavy so it won't be moved from it's current location. Both my husband and I use it 3-6x/week and it works great -- very quiet, easy to use. Drawbacks include not being able to adjust the fan on the console to different angles/heights and the console doesn't constantly display time or calories or distance but cycles through the various displays which can be annoying.Get more detail about Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill.
