This arrived within just a couple weeks, perfect condition. It is excellent and easy to use. One problem that is minor is that the hand grip pulse reading does not work at all. Once out of every 20 times it might work briefly. The polar strap on pulse transmitter works excellent though. The fan is rather stupid and unnecessary, but you don't have to turn it on. The programs are good to very good, with the hill one being my favorite. Another minor bad thing is that you can't pause the workout and resume it. If you push pause, it will not restart where you left off, you have to turn it off and start all over. Good value. Get more detail about Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill.
