Fought between buying this versus the Sole treadmill. In the end comparing the ratings for individual components on Treadmill Doctor noticed they thought the treadmill was better in every aspect except the warranty. I'll take a better built, better quality, better motor, better running area treadmill any day over a better warranty and price. Price has been dropped by $500 ($600 with gift certificate) and I think the Bowflex warranty is decent anyway.
After receiving it my initial thoughts were.. this thing is HUGE. I know some reviewers said they received 2 packages but I received just one gigantic package. Two people from Eagle did an awesome job delivering it to my 5th floor apartment (elevator).
Positives: Extremely quiet, feels very sturdy, looks great and awesome value vs. other treadmills in the same price range
Negatives: Poor documentation - for example there's a bottle of Lube but it doesn't say anything at all about how to use it, very heavy and almost impossible to move around
