We love the treadmill, but had an awful time getting it into our basement. They only have "thresh hold delivery" which means they will drop it off in your front door and that is it! Since is weighs 300 pounds, we had a hire someone else at an additional expense $$$ to bring it down to our basement. Other than that it is a really great product, this comes from someone that has been going to high end gyms/hotels for 20 years.
